People seem to think that Detroit is representative of the whole state. The northern part of Michigan is ridiculously beautiful.

I make allowances for my Muslim (and other) employees. It's not a big deal.
6
I've been black my entire life. Never been pulled over for being black.
6
I've fired several employees for drinking on the job or failing a drug test.
6
@christopherg2347 It was more about access and who is allowed in the most secure areas. We didn't want a janitor hearing an alarm and unplugging something after all. 😁
6
@juliejohnston3431 He probably wasn't telling his lawyers the whole truth from the start. I passed by my former home again this past weekend. The yard is in desperate need of a 4' wide oak tree.
6
Getting a ticket for sight seeing will surely get me to return next vacation.
6
@gungadinn I always just shoot them down and leave the "carcass" as a warning. Never considered that the game cam might be government property.
6
@jeraldbottcher1588 It was a "look how woke I am" moment for all involved. Had nothing to do with black shoplifters being arrested.
6
20 years ago I would see people at auctions paying ridiculously more for a wrecked exotic than it was worth. Everyone knew what they were up to.
6
I ALWAYS have a carry on with two days of everything I need just in case they lose my luggage. I spend 50% of my life traveling to it's saved me on numerous occasions.
6
I had a (former) employee that filed an EEOC complaint because we wouldn't accept "her truth" over 30 or so witnesses and video evidence.
6
@geneticdisorder1900 He's paying off the student loan for his Gender Studies degree.

My mother would have brought me to the police bruised and bloodied.
5
If a drone over my property is low enough to be hit with a shotgun then it's too low. Got two so far.
5
Nearly 30 years ago I was arrested because of mistaken identity. I was furious and planned on suing. Then I saw my doppelganger. Hard to get mad when my own mother thought he was me.
5
in days of old and dinosaurs roamed the earth while at University I drove a tow truck. We were heavily regulated by the parish.
5
@hobzsgarage6130 I'm pretty much the only person to ever have a good experience with an HOA. I also had an HOA that I wasn't a part of decide to start fining me. I was there first and they built a neighborhood behind my home.
5
The shoplifters took responsibility for their actions. The narcissists that tried to make it all about them did not.
5
Like pretty much everything CA tries.
5
@akaroth7542 Hadn't thought about this in years. When I was a little kid in the '70s my dad brought me to a natural history museum. He was an engineer. He took one look at the T-Rex standing straight up (like Godzilla) and the Brontosaurus with it's legs splayed out like a crocodile and told the expert on staff that the mountings defied the laws of physics. Dad tried to explain but the expert would have none of it. He didn't want to hear about counterbalance and vectors of force. We were escorted from the museum.
5
Did a search on Judge Reed O'Connor. He appears to be a strict Constitutionalist and letter of the law type of Judge. Hardly an activist.
5
I live in Texas. A lot of disgruntled west coast officers have joined police departments here. Not so much about the money though.
4
I've had jury duty twice. Both time I was eliminated for telling the absolute truth.
4
@davidtherwhanger6795 The problem is that now the only way I can recite the Preamble is singing it. 😁😁😁
4
@davidtherwhanger6795 Unfortunately "Three Is a Magic Number" and "Little Twelvetoes" are my go to's. It was just evil the way they tricked an entire generation into learning stuff. Things that high school (and collage) graduates haven't mastered.
4
@scottrmc59 Most of my employees are salary. Sometime they work 70 hr weeks. Sometimes they work 2. My hourly employees are paid overtime if they work more than 40 hrs. That's the law. Twitter's salaried employees were bragging about working between 4 and 15 hrs a week. Now they are furious that they are expected to work 40.
4
I live in Texas. Daily carry is a firearm, switchblade and brass knuckles. All legal.
4
@Sapiens_Imperialis Sap gloves are harder to carry and deploy. Also makes it difficult to operate a firearm. Knucks can be dropped if things need to escalate. But seriously...have you ever hit anyone with brass knucks? Didn't hurt me a bit.
4
@ChaosLord5129 Tell me you grew up without a father without telling me you grew up without a father. Believe the science.
4
Until a few years ago in Tennessee the husband of the woman giving birth is the father and responsible party with zero exceptions. And a friend of mine in Louisiana was forced to pay child support for 16 years for a child that everyone, including the courts, knew was not his.
4
Chicago? New York? Los Angeles? Can't imagine the DEI hires those cities would choose.
4
Cattle get loose all the time. If there is a way to escape a cow will find it.
4
The beauty of classic Mustangs and Camaros is that all parts are available and most parts are available at Auto Zone.
4
@70Rotobug12A6port On a lark I Googled "NOPD officer". Almost half of what came up was about dirty cops.
4
That entitled 20 somethings "A Work Day At Twitter" turned the entire world against them.
4
@anteshell Sorry. I said copywrite instead of trademark. DiMarzio steals patents and trademarks common terms, other people's property and colors.
4
@robert5 There are unscrupulous people that can slap a car together just for profit. Then there a people with mad skills, like the fellow you knew, that can give a car a second chance.
4
@kevinbarry71 Joe Biden. Nuff said.

If she ran up their credit card debt would he still be liable?
3
@al1395-y3d Every time his son brings him up on stage and call Sr his moral compass I want to punch something. He's also responsible for the death of NO piano great James Booker. 'The best black, gay, one-eyed junkie piano genius New Orleans has ever produced' Dr John Anytime Booker would get arrested instead of mandated rehab Sr would get him released in exchange for piano lessons for Jr. Guess how Booker died?
3
@westtexas806 The decoy is placed close to the road and at night. Shooting from the road is illegal. So is night hunting.
3
@biggseye It was also an episode of Schoolhouse Rocks.
3
@akaroth7542 Nobody does. That's why it is salary and not hourly. My engineers have a base salary and make massive bonuses depending on their performance. They don't get overtime but when there's a slow down or we're between contracts they still get paid.
3
@Sapiens_Imperialis My philosophy in fighting is always win and always cheat.
3
@witebatman More children are abused in churches than trafficked on Twitter? Could you provide a link to the relevant data? That Musk was able to all but eliminate these abuses of children only after the child safety team was fired speaks volumes. The rest of your comment is irrelevant. The real question is why are you furious that Musk is protecting children? That also speaks volumes.
3
@jenc8953 Set your phone to record audio (if legal in your area) and ask him. Ask the neighbors if they saw anything. Find out if it's legal to park his large boat there. If not get the police involved. It may be worth getting a lawyer. His boat could be your boat.
3
@jenc8953 In New Orleans those trees were protected by ordinance. But if I had a lemon tree the neighbor could have legally removed any part that "trespassed" on his property. He could not have come on my property or removed any part of the tree that remained on my side of the property line. Check the laws from your area.
3
I've fired employees over their social media. Four years ago I let one go after an incredibly anti-Semitic online rant about an Israeli client.
3
Golden Meadows Louisiana. So bad the state enacted "The Golden Meadows Law". The state finally built a bypass.
