@ninjalectualx You are very edgy.

@LDD429 Not according to the professor. Seems that she believes that all of the history books were wrong. BTW Rather than getting tenure her contact wasn't renewed so I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only student that had issues with her.
3
At my nieces soccer game I stopped a father that charged at one of the players. A grown man and father attacking a 12 yr old girl?
3
Since when has Comrade Trudeau been concerned with silly things like laws?
3
@anteshell BTW Courts in the entire rest of the world sees through DiMarzio's BS where they have lost every single time.

10-15 years ago Monster Guitar Cables was suing anyone in the music industry that used the term "Monster". Band names. Song and album titles. Everyone. Even if the band/song/album predated their company. They lost in a spectacular fashion and alienated everyone in the industry against them.
3
@canileaveitblank1476 More often than not an outright lie.
3
@toriless Tell me you've never been to Croatia without telling me you've never been to Croatia. It might be the most beautiful place on Earth.

Worth at least 5x more than when it was stolen.

I always drive by on a Friday and Saturday night. Particularly the entrance of a neighborhood. By day a neighborhood can seem quite nice. At night the drug dealers and "pro's" come out.

@jiaan100 The first time I was asked (I lived in Georgia) if by my opinion was there was ever an excuse to resist arrest. I said that my opinion was irrelevant. There are laws on the books here in this state enacted during the Civil Right Movement when at the time getting into a police car meant never being seen again. Every juror that heard me say that was excused. The second time was in Texas. I don't remember the issue but I was asked if I could remain impartial. I said I didn't know if I could and was excused.

@jeffnorris8848 Fenced pasture. Posted. Electric fence. Do I have reason to think the bull was dangerous enough to gore? It's a bull. That's what they do. Top line on their resume. That's why Spain doesn't have an annual "Running of the Bunnies."
2
I can't remember the last time I carried over a credit card debt. For me credit cards are so I don't have to carry cash. If I recall back in my early 20's I carried over a debt when I used my CC for an unexpected transmission repair.
2
Corrupt New Orleans DA Harry Connick Sr spent 3 decades in office railroading bla-que men he knew were innocent just to keep his conviction rate up. Finally over the past few years the truth has come out nationally what was well known locally.
2
@adasterdezaster2865 Haven't yet. So it appears as though you are wrong.
2
@ramdom-w1e The first on was outside my window at eye level. Got that one with a handgun. Yeah, it's a spying problem.
2
Wardens and such monitor the (endangered) Houston Toad population on my property. They always contact me first.
2
Could you repeat that... S L O W L Y?
2
@megalodon1726 That's not what I'm finding. Do you have a link? Even so, it's his company. If they don't like it then they can work somewhere else. Or better yet start their own company. That's what I did.
2
@witebatman You made the outlandish claims. If you can't back it up just be a man and admit it.
2
How do you identify a car in for instance a hit and run where the car is only seen from the front? Easy, if they hit me it will be the car riddled with bullet holes. God bless Texas. 😁😁😁
2
Can a passenger on an international flight be charged with operating a plane without a pilot's license?
2
@b_uppy Nothing hazy about it. 😁
2
New Orleans DA Harry Connick Sr had a long and storied history of railroading poor, young or uneducated black men for crimes they didn't commit. The officer involved was part of his personal goon squad as well as an enforcer for local drug gangs.
2
Don't worry. It's not like Germany has a history of trampling human rights as a first step.
2
@Richard Cranium It's happened in Houston. Guess what happened next?
2
@GoldOxide8463 Oh yeah. I'm hesitant to even pass through.
2
I had an HOA for three years and it was great. Non intrusive. They did prevent two neighbors from what seemed like operating junk yards on their front lawns (junk cars everywhere). And another from operating a mechanic shop in his garage (broke down cars all over the street). That was it.
2
@2TMON I ignored them hoping we'd go to court. Thought it would be funny to show a judge that not only was I outside of their HOA but my home was there two decades before they broke ground. Nothing became of it.
2
@backwoodstherapy The dealer gave me full sticker price (even though I got a good deal) on a trade for a deeply discounted '11 Range Rover Autobiography. Ridiculously beautiful but only slightly more reliable. Same constant electrical issues but at least this one never left me stranded. Never knew when the windows, gages, locks seats etc would decide to stop working for a bit. I sold it after a year. Even made a bit of money on the deal but I'll never do it again.
2
@Jack_Russell_Brown A Packard Caribbean is on my list.
2
And Nancy Pelosi smiles.
2
@mariatorres9789 In Texas, all I had to do was mention HOUSTON toad and it was over. 😁
2
@flychomperfly Research as to whether there are any endangered, threatened or protected plants or wildlife. Including migratory birds and insects. Can even a small corner be declared wetlands? Are there any wetlands anywhere in the vicinity that might be effected? Nothing the Federal government loves more than protecting wetlands. Even if you can't stop the developer on legal grounds maybe you can make it so expensive it won't be worth their while. At least delay them for years if not decades.
2
Remind me who the real fascists are?
2
@billyclabough9835 Network and Software specialists just have to call themselves engineers. Pisses me off.
2
When I find one on my property I shoot them down. I'm red/green color blind so they really pop out to me. And my dog can spot one at a good distance.
2
There isn't a "man of a certain age" anywhere on Earth that is surprised by any of this.
2
Years ago when I was a teen I drove a tow truck (17 was the legal age then). What you described happens more often than most would imagine.
2
Led Zepplin has done the same thing since the '70s.
2
Anything put on My property and left is therefore target practice.
2
One of my competitors put a cap on bonuses. The CEO got butt hurt that some of his engineers were making more than her. The good one's worked 2-4 months until they maxed out, quit and came to work for me.
2
It's called CRT.
2
Years ago that happened in New Orleans. The injured party wound up seizing the entire city hall building.
2
@GreyMaria I understand that. But it's there never the less because of DiMarzio's unethical thuggish behavior.
2
Dang, It's already nearly impossible to get parts for a 10 year old F car. Where are they going to get the parts?
2
Are you sure we don't already? 😁
2
Is that where I left my $1.8 Billion?
2
@edcrichton9457 Every time I've seen a person in a wheelchair on a flight their chair is stored after they take their seat.
2
Then get a warrant.
