  5. I'm a father of a 4yr old and it can be concerning, but I think we'll be alright. It all comes down to you and how well you can raise him and teach him. If you can get him on the right path by 7yrs old, then he will likely become very successful. Don't underestimate children, they are more intelligent than these 304s by a long stretch.

  7. It's unfortunately the norm these days, they don't understand that it is self depreciating AND reflects on them as a person. For myself I'll be blunt AF and insult them to their face, if they don't like it they can grow up or leave, but in my experience they usually try to sick their man on me in which case he gets to hear the full story and she gets kicked to the curb by the entire group.

My grandpa was treated like crap but did his duty till he died, at which point my grandma realized how bad she had treated him. He was to busy working and trying to keep his relationship together that he had no time to spend with his 4 boys and daughter. So even for those that came back, they came back to another war here, feminist entitlement.

  12. Yeah what Benrex said is true. Be very critical who you allow in your friends group, your environment will determine your destination. If you surround yourself with people who exercise, you'll end up knowing a thing or two and probably exercising. If you hang around people in finance, you'll end up learning about finance ect... If you hang around 304s... Best to find the old lady who has a successful and happy relationship and big family and see what she did to build all that.

S3x was used more for animals. David Bowies song combined with Dr John Money's failed experiment on children drove the ideal that gender was a social construct, even though the experiment failed and really is great evidence that nurture does not overcome nature.   26. @stevemiller8032  ahh I know how that is, I've lucky not had any major back injuries, but have had a handful and it's not fun! I've had to focus a bit on my glutes and collapsed foot arch ect to get back into shape, but honestly the best thing I've done is to go carnivore OMAD (one meal a day), the bodyfat melts off of you and when you exercise about a hour before you eat it accelerates it even more but makes you retain muscle. I struggle with it going back and forth, but last time I went from 17.8% bodyfat to 12.9% in less than 2 weeks and didn't lose any water weight or muscle mass, I'll get back on it here in the next two weeks again and I'm aiming to get down below 10% this time.

Understanding the fundamentals informed the nuance, and understanding the nuances points to the fundamentals. I have hope for men in these generations alive today that they can become the example that the world needs, and will eventually follow. In any case, if we do not fall, guess who will be directing the following culture when this one inevitably does... Be strong brother and live strength, love a challenge, be humble and learn always.

  35. Lol, I'm married and my wife is great, submissive, obedient, cooks and cleans, is helpful, intelligent ect. I think having this kind of relationship is optimal, however it's far better to be single than with any modern 304. Relationship are always work, always take up your space and time, so enjoy that time when you're single and work towards your goals while enjoying it. Develop those hobbies because a good woman will want to join you in the things you do.

Man I'm just about 33 and I still can't accept a compliment, I got this weird logical thing where I don't care about my own opinion or the opinion of others when it comes to anything ego related. I wouldn't say I'm confident, it's simply that I don't care about confidence, which is a weird place to be and definitely not optimal, but I can't get myself beyond that point, it just dosent make logical sense for me at least yet.
