  31. No offense bu that's an irrelevant comment - Of course no amount of training, expertise or de-escalation will equal 100% success rate..... Fact is 100% proven & demonstrable, that ppl with de-escalation skills and training in both dealing with disturbed people and or grappling have a much higher success rate. I've also seen several examples of this first hand. EVERYONE who's worked with cops or security knows that one guy who has an uncanny knack of being able to 'talk down', almost anyone, seeming like magic!
