Like every sovereign citizen ever.

She even looks at the jury in a condescending way.
61
A rarity in this trial, an unpaid witness with no family connection.
60
@justsayin3600 She might give us the "Amber" not unlike we acquired the term "Karen". "Man, I had it going great, good career, lots of friends, and then I met an Amber."
51
@shawonmia2290 And he STILL gets nothing out of that.
41
They say that she can't cry on film either; perhaps her disorder makes it impossible to pull up the real emotions that cause tears.
25
@XX-fl4zg The jury needs to know, were the muffins high fiber? Were they gluten free? Can you recall how many muffins were involved? You really like muffins, don't you? At least we discovered that her muffin connection was really her husband. The muffins were a key component of a plot to discredit Ms Heard.
18
@FL-Kaiman Got a real estate tycoon living rent free?
17
That's what he wanted, a public airing of his side. He would win regardless of the decision, but I think today buried her case. Tonight, she's gonna beat someone.
17
@Bellaaanellaaa I just watched her overrule two objections by Heard's team and a couple that had an easy workaround were sustained. It looked fair. They just object a LOT.
16
I am sure that those were her instructions, so that the jury can see the sincerity in her eyes. I think she might have done better to NOT do that in this case.
15
He's not a "victim" he was an assailant.
15
It's terrible to be a liar who can't remember her lines.
12
@maplecosy9429 Once you have fully committed your life and livelihood to a lie, you MUST never give it up.
11
"Do ya think he'll come out for a sammich, Bubba? I dunno, Earl, I think one of my fingers fell off, you'll have to tie the rope"
10
She was very pleased with herself; perhaps she was surprised that the jury didn't applaud.
10
Clearly he does not need to actually see patients to do his job; some home videos and taped interviews by media hosts are sufficient for his clairvoyance.
9
He'll be questioning subject matter jurisdiction.
8
Well, we are not allied with Taiwan either, so...it's up for grabs. The 1930's-40's are back.
8
@theycallmejodamo Eleven people who will NEVER pay to see her on a screen.
7
I was expecting him to shout "You can't HANDLE the truth!"
7
someone trolling on Reddit! how is that possible?
6
He said that ethics get in the way of being paid to testify.
6
Long enough for the jury to hate him.
6
He did agree that the Cluster B disorders that AH was actually diagnosed ARE risk indicators for DV. I'm not certain that the jury could pick that out of the mess.
6
@urbanfool1 Her "reality" is not the same as ours.
5
Soon the trial will end, the judge will kick back with a glass of wine and Darrell will begin many decades of vanishing from memory.
5
They always ask for a dismissal at this stage, not doing so would likely be legal malpractice, or at least ineffective counsel, and they are that.
5
Better role models than wannabe stars.
5
He said plainly that ethics should not stand in the way of making a buck.
5
Yes, she could not just take the money and shut up, so he decided to fight back.
5
Suddenly they talk like the video is running 1.25 speed. They'll sound like chipmunks by the end.
5
Juries decide which evidence is factual and which is not.
5
TMZ may rethink their severance packages now, for the sake of loyalty.
5
@yusifamda Maybe Amber pledged the money. It's the same as paying him.
5
She had won it all. If she did not have to get in "one more dig" with the op-ed, she'd still be fine.
5
Nailed it.
5
@karinmcdougall7066 According to testimony, she started on him on the honeymoon. I think she figured she could get herself beaten in a coupe of months for the payout. She never thought he could take so much abuse for so long and then just leave.
5
She did that because Amber thinks it was good. I can't imagine a seasoned lawyer wanting to go back there. It sort of sounds nuts. So I think it came from Amber.
4
This time she looked like she was a cat playing with a mouse before eating. It was subtle though. Elaine got spanked so badly last time she was afraid.
4
I was raised by a narcissist. Her having to hold it in for this long will make her explode at the end, win OR lose.
4
Don't let the jury sense desperation.
4
USA: Why do you want meat? You have not eaten up your vegetables yet?
4
@basetsanaphora0706 Until I got the sound working, I thought she was watching tennis.
4
@archiesmum8601 Enquiring minds want to know.
4
They used to call it "the long con".
4
I don't know this jury, but when someone tells me a lot of lies, I tend to ignore everything they have to say.
4
The jurors will not want to feel like "suckers" they're going to burn her. She overplayed her game.
3
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. - William Shakespeare. Soon Mr. Brooks will be shut away and forgotten to humankind.
3
"...you were in a blackout, right?" "If so, how could I possibly testify to it?"
