Germany doesnt have ANY problems with mail-in-voting ... everyone gets a "vote card" sent to their adress two months before the election ... and if you need to vote by mail you return that card by the enclosed envelope ... and you get a mail-in-ballot sent to you, which you then send back. The problem isnt "mail-in-voting" ... but rather HAVING AN UP-TO-DATE LIST OF VOTERS ... which Britain / the USA dont do.
