  7. Aint no way in HELL i would pay rent for crap apartments. NYC or not. For these prices EVERYBODY could get a $400,000 house or better in the MidWest. Backyard,great kitchens, garage, multiple bedrooms AND bathrooms that arent ridiculously small. Cash move to the MidWest. You will LOVE it here.

  19. Well, its NOT a great city if rent is up, crime is up AND there are few jobs. NYC is just gonna be a tourist destination for foreingers who THINK goin to NYC means getting the Amercan experience. And they are sadly mistaken. Got love for ya, but NYC is as much of a joke as LA or Portland.
