  4. Take out the wine cooler and cut the countertop to put in a big stove. Then move the sink over more and have counter space on both sides of the sink. Make the area by the other entrance upstairs a dining area, the room next to it can be used for a small living room. Turn that "guest bathroom" with the shower into a half bath and turn the downstairs bath into a full. Hell i saw 3 or 4 spaces that could be used as living areas. Close off that downstairs area with the half wall and make it a bedroom. If this place was for sale, i would definately have plans to make it PERFECT. This place is big enough for 3 people to have their own bedroom AND their own living room. LOVE the exposed brick and rock walls.

  23. I would definately move the laundry into the big closet but make it a stackable w/d, then use the rest of it as a normal closet. Maybe switch the tv and the workcenter around. Other than that its a great little place.
