  2. So lets say this project somehow, miraculously, doesn't fail long before the concrete of the foundation is dry..... Know where us peasants will be living in The Line? Yep, that's right! Down there in a sewer levels at the bottom. The uber-rich elites (think blackrock ceo rich, oil princes, etc) will be kicked back in their 20,000 sqft penthouse lofts at the top levels. So who's ready to sign up to live in this nightmare that would make a dystopia look like a sunny day picnic? What an absolute joke...
