  2.  @robertmatthews2009  Your snide remark aside, did you even put thought into answering your own question at all? There are several possible ways to do it. One possibility is to pass a test showing you are informed of current events and topics. That would drastically reduce low-info and uninformed voting. Perhaps think before asking asinine questions next time.

  3.  @robertmatthews2009  Oh, I know it won't ever happen. There's a lot of things that NEED to happen (such as term limits on Congress and SCOTUS) that will never happen. All I can really do is be a voice that supports things that need to happen.
