Then will the EU hand over it's legal system of the ECJ to British control the answer is NO so why expect the UK to hand over it's fishing grounds at the expense of the British fishing industry that the EU has decimated bye bye EU.

@celtbhoy actually they didn't when they were conned into joining the EU it became common fishing ground for EU members and that was for the few members back then and then the EU passed into law it's common fisheries policies not a good day for British fishermen.
