The WHO needs to be ignored as they still advocate it's safe to travel to China and for Chinese people to travel to the rest of the world as long as they are not from Wuhan this is ludicrous, I have extensive knowledge of bio weapons and this needs to be treated in the same category due to it's unique characteristics, the facts COVID19 is infectious before symptoms with a verified incubation period upto 27 days which makes it impossible to contain in a modern world or trace everyone an infected person as come in contact with or everything an infected person has touched as COVID19 can survive 5 days and up on surfaces depending upon the environment, COVID19 is confirmed as being aerosolised which further exacerbates chances of containment. We are now caught between releasing the truth of COVID19 and risk scaring the public or playing down the effects of COVID19 and have people continue as normal spreading the virus unaware of how serious this is, it has been verified that previously recovered people have become reinfected although this might not be the case as with Ebola it can hide and lay dormant in the eyes so at the moment we don't know if they were reinfected from an external source or were reinfected by a dormant virus,we do not have the means to treat everyone who becomes infected if you look at China they don't have enough anti viral or antibiotics people are literally quarantined and contained by force in some cases and now there have been reports and video evidence that they are welding infected people into there homes as quarantine procedure supplying them with food on a daily basis which is pointless as the virus is airborne now. I don't know what would be the best way to deal with this at the moment they are more interested in the economy than people's lives what do you think should they step up and inform people how bad this is or continue to allow people to travel freely?
