Ireland are taking the EU to court you shot yourselves in the head with Von der Leyen's antics the UK will win in court because of this.

@plebius I work at the highest level in the EU commission for outside interested parties and yes! Ireland and Northern Ireland are taking legal action against the EU to stop the EU commission ie Von der Leyen from activating article 16 every time she gets pis**d off at the UK there should never have been a border down the Irish sea between the UK and Northern Ireland a report by the EU commission states this however they believed it would be able to threaten the UK and restrict Northern Ireland's trade with the UK the EU has had a legal briefing stating they will lose in court and are bluffing the new border checks will be in the EU leaving Ireland and Northern Ireland to trade with both the UK and EU but certain products will be checked when entering mainland EU from Ireland a win win for Ireland as a hole or would you prefer the killing to start again because the unionists will not accept the border between the UK and Northern Ireland so what would you like the killing or no killing?

@plebius you might live there but dose the EU commission and the Oireachtas contact you every day and tell you what is going on? so what is more likely them contacting you and running everything by you or me who works at the highest levels of the EU commission it's not difficult anyway for you pathetic europhiles you will be able to look at the ECJ website and it will be listed there when it has been filed in full and the EU doesn't want this to go to court after activating article 16 without informing either Ireland's or the UK and having a meeting to discuss it as is in the legal treaty which the EU wrote.
