  2.  Wolfgang Preier  the difference is the EU want to control uk state aid, whilst the uk would have no control over eu state aid.....not a very level playing field is it?

  3.  Wolfgang Preier  I hate to have to correct you, but the EU have insisted the UK follows its state aid rules.....in words you might understand, imposing its rules on a sovereign state.... Or would you deny the EU insistance that it continues to fish in uk waters? Surely even you will have heard of that one....... There is a dispute mechanism in the Australian TA, but that does not have the ECJ having the final say.....unlike another eu demand to the uk. As for trade under wto, to stop the uk, you would also have to stop trading with the other 160 members........so that wont work either.....

  4.  Wolfgang Preier  the ecj is not an arbiter for trade deals, in all EU trade dea.s there are dispute mechanisms, but the ecj does not have the final say over both parties. We will have outer own state aid policy etc, which will be non of your business as will your state aid be of ours, obviously their will be a dispute mechanism, but it will be a level one, not one that has the ecj having the final say ....

  5.  Wolfgang Preier  your other problem is the german Constitutional Court......ruling the ecb 2,2 trillion illegal......so the ecj is not above German courts, but is over everyone else? Not very level of you.....

  6. The eu do not have the right to impose its standards on any Sovereign nation outside of the eu, it has no such agreements with any nation. Why would a UK goverment sign any agreement where it leaves the eu in control and no veto to standards the eu may change in the future? Barnier forgets his argument works for both sides...just makes him and the ru look like spiteful children....
