The eu are in breach of international law regarding the status of NI by attempting to separate it from the UK without a democratic vote....oh dear maybe they should take themselves yo court or perhaps the UK should.

@perfectstorm7379 a border down the irish Sea is also in breach of the GFA , gets better all the time.......for every eu attempt to punish the UK there will now be a reactive punishment for the eu......

@TruthTortoise81 may I also point out under article 50, ALL TREATIES between the 2 parties end once the member has left......that by the way includes the WA...! !

@TruthTortoise81 of course its a breach of the GFA it changes the Constitutional situation between the UK and NI....thats a breach of the GFA, or didn't you know that?

@dny9394 thats even better news.....I'd love to see this in court, as the entire negotiations would have to come out, including the eu threat to ban UK food imports into NI......it shows the eu for what they are!

@marcmarc8524 the belief the the eu would not use the agreement to try to make a Constitutional change and break the GFA......however the eu have indeed tried to break the GFA......so take the UK to court, make your case in public, all of the eu acts of bad faith will come out......
