  3. When my man calls his mom/parents I quiet everything in the house down, tell him to say hi for me and give him space so he can enjoy talking to his parents. When we go on vacation and visit them I clean their home while they're at work so they can hang out and relax with us after work. Then his mom and me bond while making dinner and I clean up. If your spouse can't respect your parents it's time for them to go.

My favorite was when we joked about how if people can change their genders we might as well say that I'm a cat and he's a dog because of how ridiculous those people sounded.   6. I started taking care of an apartment for my landlord and it's only a few minutes away from where my man works. He will stop by quickly to give me a kiss on his test drives, he's a very hardworking mechanic. He said it makes his hard days easier seeing the joy and excitement on my face when he surprises me with a quick visit. Last week I was raking rocks out of the yard, looked over and saw my man.. Well I pretty much screamed my man and ran to him for a kiss😅🥰. Completely made my day. I couldn't stop smiling afterwards.

  7. I think your brother did the right thing by leaving the relationship instead of leading the person on or lieing to them about continuing to have feelings for them. You are betraying yourself and your partner doing that and you will both be miserable because being with someone you have falling out of love with is going to cause resentment towards them and they will feel it and feel that there is no love and be hurt. If you find the right person your love doesn't stop or weaken and isn't a choice or forced. It comes naturally. It grows harder and stronger as the relationship grows. I have been with the love of my life for almost 7 years and I love him way more now then I did in the honeymoon stage and he feels the same about me and I feel that stronger love and he feels my stronger love which makes us both extremely happy. That's what people deserve not fake love.

  8. My man has cancelled going out because of being to tired from a hard day at work, he is a very hard working man. I completely understand and don't get mad at all. I smile and tell him to lay down. Then I make a nice dinner to do a date night at home. I still get a date night and he gets to relax and reset. A win for both.

  11. I don't wish homelessness on anyone at all but throughout my childhood I was homeless a few times and even ended up in the woman's shelter with my mom during Christmas due to her bad choices... I think these experiences are a huge reason why I am so extremely appreciative for what I have now and for how my life has turned out. This is also why I appreciate my amazing man so much too because I got first hand experience of actual bad men and why choosing a good man is so important. All the chaos as a kid made me crave stability as an adult. Not having to worry about being homeless is truly a gift that a lot of people don't even notice they have.

  12. I don't think the mom went to far but I think she waited too long to intervene. How a child turns out has a lot to do with how the parents raise them. My child wouldn't even get to the point of putting metal into their face. And if they randomly came home with piercings they would have to remove them and deal with the consequences. I would also figure out why they felt the need to get face piercings and explain how those type of choices can actually have bad affects on their futures and lives. This situation also shows why you need to be super involved in your childrens lives and give them the support, stability and love they need so they don't go looking for it in these evil communities.

  14. One of the most meaningful and saddest compliments I have gotten from my man is that he has only experienced unconditional love from me. My love for him will live longer than I will because one of the main things I believe people will mention about me is how much I love my man and cherished him because that's one of the things I am known most for. Just like my Nana (great grandma) you can't mention her name without talking about how much she loved my papa and how much she loved taking care of him. I am inspired to be like her and I am blessed that I got to experience learning from her when I was a young child.

  15. When I was in my early 20s I couldn't understand why guys would stumble their words with me and stare at me but wouldn't ask me out. Then a family friend told me that they are intimidated by my looks and even more intimidated once they got to know me because of my personality and traditional views. So I decided to ask out the man I had and still have the hugest crush on and we are now celebrating our 8 year anniversary today 😊. 8 years of beautiful love.

So when I would make food during those harder times I would always put most of the food on his plate while saying what I had was more than enough for me or that I wasn't that hungry.   18. 1:06 this is very true, I'm a pretty shy woman and I've mainly been a stay at home for almost 8 years and when I got a little board I took on a cleaning job where I clean around no body and I love it. My man and I spent our Saturday binging nature documentaries and those are the best Saturdays to me. Just relaxing with my man. But I do think people should avoid mean people. They tend to bring a lot of unnecessary drama. I may be an introvert but I still know how to be polite and kind to the people I encounter.

As a daughter who grew up watching both parents being violent and knowing others that were in the same situation I really do hope she grows up with enough self awareness to know that her mothers actions are wrong and to not follow in her mothers foot steps. I have watched most of the people I grew up with that had parents like this end up just like their parents or worse. It breaks my heart to see children put through toxic stuff like this.😞

  23. I love snow shoveling with my man, he goes first and gets the majority of it and I go behind him to clean up the rest. We get everything done super fast! I also enjoy shoveling so I will shovel the snow for my man to come home to a clear driveway and walkway. It takes me 40 minutes to an hour and a half depending on how much it snows and if he does it a lone it takes him 25-50 minutes🤣🤣🥰. But he is also superman strong🥰.

What sounds fun about having to be cautious while watching people grope each other on the dance floor. No thank you.   30. Nothing gives me more joy and happiness then being a traditional house wife. I do everything a traditional wife should do and more, including the yard/garden and snow shovelling. Even if something needs to be fixed I will try my hardest to fix it. And it brings me so much joy to see my man's smiling face when he gets home and knows that he can just relax and kick back after a long hard day. Every time he walks through the door I get hi honey with a smile and a hug. I love getting everything done so that when he is home we can spend our time together enjoying each other rather then doing house stuff. And because of me getting everything done he can actually enjoy his hobbies and free time. The first thing he does when he gets home is take a nap on the couch while I finish dinner and make coffee. Then we eat while talking about our day. Having dinner and venting about your day with your spouse is such a wonderful bonding experience especially after one has a stressful day. Something that I can extremely appreciate is I never ever have to deal with a cranky rude power hungry boss instead I get appreciation and I also get to enjoy the benefits of what I do. I love that I spend my days working on my home so that we can enjoy it rather then working for others and not being able to enjoy it after. My man works on many cars through out the day but does he get to enjoy those cars personally when he's done working on them.. no. So actually experiencing this is amazing and makes me feel so appreciative towards my man. And because of what I do for him he goes beyond to make me happy and to make me feel safe. This man will do anything for me including chase a bear a way from me with a chain saw. Or how he is not into any nerdy things but gets us comic con tickets every year to watch me nerd out and pretend like he knows what I'm talking about🤣😅. I watched my mom be a modern women and a lone her whole life and I just knew that was not the life for me. She doesn't even have time or the energy to clean her own house because of work so I clean it for her once a week to help her out. I honestly feel like modern women are missing out. I like that there is a community online where I can actually comment about the joys of being a traditional house wife and not be told that I'm oppressed. Believe me I'm not oppressed. I am extremely happy, something most in general can't say today. I actually find it extremely funny that they say that because they're the ones actually being oppressed with their time schedules and bosses, not to mention all of the other stressors that come from a job. I'm not stressed after my day. So who is truly winning... 😁

I click on the video to watch the full video because I enjoy the content and try to learn how to be a better woman for my man. It kind of shows how easily people get frustrated with small things now and how people want things instantly. I mean i would understand if he had a thumbnail and didn't put it in the video but as long as it's in the video I don't see the annoyance of it.

  33. After watching my mom choose actual "bad men" throughout my childhood I appreciate the small things my man does. His sweaty socks are on the floor because he worked a hard day... Omg yes please. Leaving the cupboards open... I've been closing cupboards since my 16 year old cat has been a kitten and learned how to open them. It's not even an annoyance. We both also put the toilet seat and lid down because of the cats. But if someone comes over and forgets to put the lid down I don't get upset over such a dumb issue. I close the lid and move on. I've never understood why women get so mad over it. It's an inconvenience? Well putting the seat down is an inconvenience for men. Also in my opinion anyone with common sense should look before they sit so the whole falling in excuse is just silly. I follow what the Christan woman you mentioned rules are accept #3. I have no resentment towards helping my man or doing things for him. I look for those moments because they make me happy.

  34. There are 2 things that would make me nervous about trading phones with my man... Him seeing all the terrible funny face photos I send my mom. Some of the photos are just so ugly that I would be soo embarrassed if he saw them🤣😅. I also don't know how he would feel about all the photos I have taken of him over the past 8 years. He isn't the biggest fan of cameras so the best way to get a photo of him is to take it without him knowing. He knows I do this and I've shown him some of the photos and he thinks it's cute but he doesn't know that I have hundreds of these photos that only I have seen😅. He is just soo absolutely handsome and he is always doing something really neat or building stuff so I try to quickly capture the moment so when we are old I can surprise him with these and walk down memory lane with him🥰. I also have a scrapbook of all the notes we have given each other over the years that I will give to him when we are older.

Obviously something was wrong with them for them to feel the need to drink. I see a lot of people say that drinking is fun or they do it to calm down and maybe it starts like that but by the end of the night they are always depressed/overly emotional or starting drama. It also tastes absolutely terrible to be honest 🤣.

  37. I love doing yard and garden work. While being outside I have learned how ab*sive some of the women in my neighborhood are to their men. I have confronted these women about how I don't appreciate hearing them ab*sing their men. They usually snap and say they don't ab*se them. I always respond with you don't have to be physical to be ab*sive, sometimes the mental and emotional is the worst, you should be ashamed of yourself. Now when I go into my yard I don't hear these women screaming at their men anymore. I also got the woman behind me to stop beating on her man because I got her arrested and was a witness to her hitting him and destroying his stuff. The guy would have gone to jail if I wasn't a witness. I went out to talk to the cops and she was playing like he had attacked her. Well the video showed otherwise. He thanked me afterwards because he was so used to her being the attacker and him ending up in jail. Well her having to sit in jail and actually face consequences for her actions really humbled her. I feel like most of these types of women are so absorbed into their own lives that they don't realise they are being abusive till another woman outside of their relationship actually points it out, they won't listen to any man if he says it... It has to sadly be another woman. Or they know they are abusive but have never dealt with any consequences for their actions so they continue until they finally have to deal with those consequences if that ever happens.

I have told him multiple times that he is truly the sexiest man ever. Making my man feel attractive is one of the ways I show him I love him. But I agree with what you are saying.   43. I'm a believer that people shouldn't even get into bed together if they aren't willing to have a child together. In either situation the baby/child gets the consequences of the adults bad decisions instead of the adults dealing with their consequences of sleeping with someone they didn't want to have a child with or who wasn't ready to have a child. Both situations break my heart to see. A child loses its life or grows up without a father figure... And we all know how not having a father can turn out... Not good.

  45. Yes! I completely agree. I'll get fully ready just to sit and watch tv with my man! It's the same with working out. I keep my body in top shape and yes the main reason is to keep my mans jaw dropped😅. A lot of people only work on their bodies when they are looking for a partner and stop when they get one. The most amazing compliment I got from my man lately was that my body is better in my 30s then my early 20s after looking at old photos he took of me. I've been smiling for a week and so has he 🤣.

  46. I'm definitely a lady simp for my amazing man. To the point women will make fun of me for it but it doesn't bother me at all. I'm proud of how I treat my man. And besides the moment I ask them how many preserved forever flowers they have, if a man has ever saved them from a bear or if they are happy they tend to get super quiet. That is also why the man or bear thing that's going around makes me laugh so hard. Where I live in Canada was marked the most dangerous place for black bears last year. They even run through downtown. If you're a smart woman here you don't go into the bushes or trails without a man. The women saying man over bear would go running to the nearest man if they were confronted by an aggressive angry, hungry or scared bear. My man saved me when we were getting fire wood for my sister in-law. I didn't notice a huge black bear that came out of the bushes/trees and was approaching me but he did.. He ran at the bear with his chain saw and chased it away from me and saved my life by risking his. He is my hero and I will simp for him till the day I die.

So I understand why he felt that way and feel very lucky that he even gave me a chance after what he went through. It warms my heart so much to hear from other women who actually cherish their men. Walking home yesterday I walked by a bunch of homeless doing drugs and I think I also walked by a dead person right in front of Wendy's. This weekend my man planned a date day for us to get out of the city to go for a picnic and I am way more excited about that than if we were to go for dinner.

  53. 4:52 I started working at the end of last year. I make really good money and only work in the afternoons. I spend my mornings cleaning the house so that my man can still come home to a clean house. I don't go to work till after I make my man lunch, he comes home every day for lunch and I try to be home before he is so that I can greet him with coffee. Dinner is later than it used to be but it turns out we both like eating a little later after calming down from work anyways. Me working has made it so that I can contribute to the house more. Which has made my man's life a bit easier on him. That is worth every hour that I work. I also absolutely love my job. He actually took a sick day after at least 5 years or more. He is the hardest working man I have met and I am blessed for everything that he has and is doing for me. He deserves everything I do for him and with a loving smile.

It's your partner's place to have enough strength and respect for you to tell their parents how they can't treat you and to set boundaries with them. My mom can be brutal but knows not to pull any of that with my man because she will have consequences to deal with from me. She has shown him nothing but respect because I have set boundaries with her and she knows I will not tolerate any sort of disrespect towards him at all.

  61.  @Okunigger_Volker  as someone who mainly grew up without my dad around it always fills me with joy to see people appreciate their fathers. Fathers are the backbone of the family unit. A broken backbone means no stability and everything goes crashing down. I completely agree that there is nothing we can really do for those types of people. I grew up around those people and it showed me how much their lifestyles are on them. I fought in my childhood not to go down that road but my brother has gone down it and that also shows me how much it has to do with our own choices. I appreciate the hard times that made me who I am, those hard times also make me appreciate things more now and my amazing man, he truly is so incredible.

  64. It's not the same thing, but not in the way they think... One is safe and one is dangerous. I won't die making my man food or getting him a drink. I have woken up quite a few times to my man making food or coffee and I tell him to go relax and finish for him. The worst thing that has happened to me is I burnt myself. When my man and I went to get fire wood for my sister in-law he noticed a huge black bear getting extremely close to me and I didn't notice at all... Well next thing I know he is running by me with his chain saw in the air screaming chasing this huge bear away from me... He could have died trying to save me. I owe him my life and I will make him food at any time of day or night.

  65. My man was the same before we met. He works so hard that he was too tired and busy to cook. I still remember the excitement on his face the first time I offered to cook him a home made meal. I didn't help him lose weight but gained weight, in a healthy way, he has a very high metabolism and is very active so I learned how to cook for his body type. We are both healthy. We are also in our 30s and people tend to think we are younger. I know that has a lot to do with the food we eat. It is so important for people's health to eat home cooked food instead of take out or processed food. I bet the duck soup was absolutely delicious!!! Last night I made him roast beef, double stuffed potatoes and butter fried garlic asparagus which he seemed to highly enjoy.

The main advice I actually give women when I'm asked how to get a good guy is they want women not men, if they wanted to live with a man he would just get a male roommate. Another piece of advice I give is a man wants more than just companionship, if that's all he wanted he would just get a dog. My man and I were actually talking about this last night! Both men and women have their own benefits that bring advantages to the relationship. I keep my man alive and healthy by nourishment and he keeps me alive and healthy by chasing a bear away from me with a chainsaw🤣.

  69. I feel like cargo pants are a redflag for a masculine woman. None of the feminine women I know own cargo pants only the masculine women I know have cargo pants. I don't even own any and I do landscaping and cleaning mainly at an apartment building and other properties our landlord owns. My mother in law even got me some carharts for the landscaping but I feel like they make me look to manly to wear😅. I don't wear dresses to work but I still dress feminine. Also even though I technically have a masculine job I still have a very feminine attitude. I just absolutely love doing that type of work. I actually got the job offer because the landlord saw how well I take care of our home and yard when I was just a stay at home. Now I spend my mornings and evenings doing my stay at home job and my afternoons as a cleaner/landscaper and I could not be happier. This is also why men like mine are so absolutely incredible because he gave me time by having me be a stay at home to figure out what I wanted to do and what would make me happy. I thank him all the time for what he did for me.

My man and I also aren't extremely religious but when people are making bad choices that are going to affect their lives they need more god to help remind them why we need to stay on the right path and not stray. Every time I started to go down the wrong path when I was younger the bible would truly help me get back on the right path. I would also do a lot of self reflecting to figure out what I was doing wrong as a parent for the child to feel the need to get face piercings and what I would need to do or change to be better for the child or children. I do want to say that I would go into the situation with love and not just pure anger, more so disappointment, but I would still show care and love and explain to them that everything I was doing is because I do love them and want the best for them and their futures.

My mans and I first date almost 9 years ago was him picking me up with coffee, I also didn't like coffee at the time but still was excited that he got me one, and we just drove for hours talking and listening to music. We didn't want the date to stop and almost drove till the sun came up on a work night. These are still my favorite dates. Being completely just the 2 of us bonding. I absolutely love coffee now and my main play list is the music we listened to on our first drive. If a woman truly wants to be with you and if she is actually interested in you and not what you offer she will absolutely love and cherish any thing you do to show effort or care. She will feel grateful for the coffee even if she doesn't like it and just you doing that might be the thing to even make her like coffee, every time he brings me a coffee it takes me back to the first coffee he got me, to when all the love started. If she seems ungrateful for a coffee I would suggest run even if it's a year down the road.

  75. Awe, this is so cute to be honest! I always ask my man what his opinion is before making a decision. He is truly so smart so I love to listen to his advice! He does also do the same with me, he will ask me what my opinion is about certain things before making a decision about something big to show me that he respects my opinions. We make a good team doing this too. An example is when he wanted to move he asked me if I would be happy with moving and if I wouldn't mind finding us a new home while he was at work. I found a beautiful home that I love and asked him his opinion about it and he loved it too.

  89. When I noticed my man was getting exhausted he didn't even need to mention it to me. I pay more then enough attention to him to know when he is not ok... So when our landlord asked me if I would be up for cleaning for him I jumped on it. In just 10 months and 2 days I have become manager/maintenance of all of our landlords properties in our city. I do almost everything myself from cleaning, painting, yard maintenance, lock changes, fixing things, unclogging drains and so much more all while getting the suits ready to be rented and finding tenants for them. So I make good money now. I use the money that I make for our home and our family. We took a sick day last week to spend the day in bed together😅. We had an extra long weekend 🤣🥰. When a woman truly loves a man she will also use her money to benefit the family and not be selfish with it. She also wouldn't be able to sit by and watch her man struggle... And she wouldn't turn against her man for it as well. Even though I'm working and financially contributing now I don't treat him any different. Probably better actually now that I understand what it is like to work an intense job and his job is way more extreme then mine! A benefit about my job is that I get to make my own schedule so I keep my mornings open so I can clean our home and make my man lunch, he comes home for lunch every day. I always try to be home before he is so that I can still greet him when he gets home from work and not start dinner to late. We still have the best man/woman balance in the relationship. If he were to ask me to jump I would literally say how high while already jumping🤣🤣. And he would still slay the dragon and climb the tower for me🥰. Or in our case chase a bear away from me with a chain saw🤣🥰.

  106. My man has a motor powered knife sharpener. He absolutely loves it and so do I. He makes sure to keep my kitchen knives sharp and I swear they are better then new! My knives can cut through bone as if im almost cutting through butter. He has to replace the sanding belts every so often but they arent too pricey. Definitely worth it!

Then he noticed our other cat was getting jealous so he got another heated blanket for our other kitty. I used to save cats when I was a child and last summer he helped me save a couple strays! But honestly I have asked myself that question because from statistics, I shouldn't of turned out this way but I feel like it's what I'm meant for. It's literally all that I wanted even as a young girl. To find the love of my life and to take care of him and cherish him. And I am happy to say that I succeeded😁. As a kid though I did the same for my single mom because she worked really hard so I took care of the home and cooking. She never asked me to do this either I just started doing it🤣. I enjoyed making her happy when she got home. I still make it to her place once a week to clean and do her yard. I love that I have the freedom to do that. I do take on the odd cleaning job so that I can help out with a few things and make life a bit easier on my man to say thank you to him for how easy he has made my life. I've actually started looking into making a business out of my nature photography hobby so that I can bring more income into the household while keeping our same lifestyle and making his life a bit easier. Then when he dropped me off at my place it was absolutely freezing, that night was -30, so he chopped some wood for me and started a fire in my wood furnace/stove. He even gave me his thick hoodie to stay warm. I slept in his hoodie that night and I still have it. I used to wear it all the time but 2 years ago it started falling apart so it's hung up safely in a plastic cover as a keep sake. He came over every night to cut wood and to tend to my wood furnace. All I had to do was add wood, that he already cut, into the fire in the morning to keep it going. Also what's wrong with Android's🤔. I don't understand this.. I really enjoy my Motorola.

I know from personal experience that it's harder with a rough start but truly worth it. I grew up in a drug addicted alcoholic single mother household and my dad was extremely terrible and was only around when I was pretty young but through that same time I also spent a lot of time with my great nana and papa and saw how a good traditional household was, how a real masculine man acted and how a real feminine woman acted. So I fought through my teen years to make sure I ended up like my traditional Nana and Papa and not like my modern parents. I even got bullied from girls when I would say I wanted to be house wife instead of a career woman. I had to teach myself how to become a homemaker and I'm happy to say that by 23 I got my dream and I have been a loving homemaker for 7 years now with a man who loves me dearly and would literary die for me. I'm not even kidding.. He chased a huge bear with a chainsaw away from me when we were getting fire wood for his sister, he is truly incredible. But I wouldn't have him if it wasn't for how hard I worked towards being a woman who deserved a man like him. I truly hope that you succeed on your journey and that journey brings you true happiness and peace!

  136. I will admit women loving attention is so true. The key is to find a woman that only wants your attention. Yesterday I got a few pretty dresses and instead of taking a bunch of photos to send to my friends or post on social media I did a little fashion show for my man. Every dress I showed him he was stoked about and made me feel so extremely beautiful. Let's just say our night turned out very amazing and I'm still smiling this morning for how beautiful he made me feel. He actually takes more photos of me then I take of myself. He even took my profile photo. I was getting ready and he walked into my walk-in closet, saw me and took a photo because he said I looked stunning. The thing you do have to be careful when looking for women like this is you might come across one that doesn't understand personal space or boundaries that is extremely obsessive. Watch for the red flags. If she seems moody or has attitude every time your not with her run. That's one of the first signs.

  154. This makes me sad. I am truly sorry that you went through situations that have made you feel this way. It also makes me sad because it reminds me of my man before we got together. His ex of 6 years was so terrible, absolutely horrible to him... When they broke up he was completely done with women and at his lowest. He had to start pretty much everything over again. During this time we became extremely close because I was the person he could talk to about his small or deep problem. When he got his new place I completely cleaned, organized and unpacked for him when he was at work. I did anything I could to make his situation easier on him and to see him smile. I showed him not all women are the same and I am still so happy 8 years later that he decided to take the risk of opening his heart to me and so is he. I will love this man and be by his side till the day I die trying to make him smile. Sometimes taking the biggest risk have the biggest rewards. But if you don't see yourself ever able to open up again it may be time to let the lady your around go. It's not fair for you to lead her on. Especially if she is a good woman it will affect her heart being led on just to be let go. And at 33 she doesn't have time to waste especially if she wants marriage.
