My man was the same before we met. He works so hard that he was too tired and busy to cook. I still remember the excitement on his face the first time I offered to cook him a home made meal. I didn't help him lose weight but gained weight, in a healthy way, he has a very high metabolism and is very active so I learned how to cook for his body type. We are both healthy. We are also in our 30s and people tend to think we are younger. I know that has a lot to do with the food we eat. It is so important for people's health to eat home cooked food instead of take out or processed food. I bet the duck soup was absolutely delicious!!! Last night I made him roast beef, double stuffed potatoes and butter fried garlic asparagus which he seemed to highly enjoy.

@codygeer7096 I completely get what you mean. The main advice I actually give women when I'm asked how to get a good guy is they want women not men, if they wanted to live with a man he would just get a male roommate. Another piece of advice I give is a man wants more than just companionship, if that's all he wanted he would just get a dog. My man and I were actually talking about this last night! Both men and women have their own benefits that bring advantages to the relationship. I keep my man alive and healthy by nourishment and he keeps me alive and healthy by chasing a bear away from me with a chainsaw🤣.

@codygeer7096 close, I'm Canadian and it's super liberal and boss girl here.. I hate it. But honestly I have asked myself that question because from statistics, I shouldn't of turned out this way but I feel like it's what I'm meant for. It's literally all that I wanted even as a young girl. To find the love of my life and to take care of him and cherish him. And I am happy to say that I succeeded😁. As a kid though I did the same for my single mom because she worked really hard so I took care of the home and cooking. She never asked me to do this either I just started doing it🤣. I enjoyed making her happy when she got home. I still make it to her place once a week to clean and do her yard. I love that I have the freedom to do that. I do take on the odd cleaning job so that I can help out with a few things and make life a bit easier on my man to say thank you to him for how easy he has made my life. I've actually started looking into making a business out of my nature photography hobby so that I can bring more income into the household while keeping our same lifestyle and making his life a bit easier. Edit: Also sorry for blabbing so much to you I just looked at how long this comment is.. I just absolutely love talking about my relationship/family
