@RayGetardo What exactly are you looking for? You are aware that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 exists that bans discrimination based on religious beliefs correct? There have been many cases in which that has been expanded. These kinds of cases are constantly in the civil courts. I was a prospective juror for one myself.

@RayGetardo Yes religious and political belief are the same thing. That being said, we're not talking about that. We're discussing what would hold up in court, and they refer to ORGANIZED religions. In that case you might be right in that it would be better to use a religious discrimination angle and claim that you are Christian. Of course it wouldn't work if you were lying because the defense would pick apart your history of religious practice, so you would need to actually be a churchgoing member at the least.
