  1. Deep State isn't a hard concept. Deep State is unelected bureaucrats that the people of the democracy cannot remove and also have massive power over the system. Examples of the Deep State are the employees of the FBI, CIA, CDC, ATF, basically all of the alphabet agencies. They get appointed and hired without any say from the American people in any way. They also have massive control over our lives and even elections both domestic and abroad.
