If you find a good used car for a good price and keep up the maintenance, that car will keep you going for damn near forever with no payments at about 1/3rd the cost over time. If you get over the addiction to have the latest and greatest you can seriously upgrade your life.

She had many chances to keep a man who wanted to commit to her but thought she could do better. Never date a woman over the age of 30 if you want kid(s) or commitment. The only time I would ever suggest being with a woman over the age of 30 is if you are getting older and you just want companionship with one foot out the door the whole time. If you have a no-strings attached relationship with no marriage, no kids, no financial commitments or joint bank accounts or anything, it can be tolerable. It is definitely not for young guys though.

You also will need to shop around for a long time before you find the car you're happy with and save up far more in advance. The reason why used cars are going up in price so much is because people realize they are a good value compared to new cars. It's the supply vs demand issue.

  48. Yes, it is absolutely a red flag if someone has never been in a serious committed relationship and never had kids in their 40s. I think that woman was a bit hung up on the marriage angle. There are quite a lot of people who are together for a long time and never get married and I don't consider it a red flag on that issue because the system is so broken.

  50. Women test boundaries to see if a man is high value or not. Long before they ever cheat, they will do little things to see if you react. If you don't enforce boundaries, they know that you are weak. Most of the time it is subconscious and they don't even know they are doing it. By the time it gets to the point where they cheat on you or leave you, it's way too late. If a wife cheats on you, the relationship is over. There is ZERO chance you can ever fix it because she doesn't respect you. Taking her back will only prolong the misery. You have to start a relationship from the beginning with clear boundaries and strong leadership with you, as a man, being the leader and not tolerating disrespect and disloyalty.
