  1. The "It's a video game" explanation doesn't work for social mechanisms like warfare jobs or the type of care that men or women give to their children. Some things just aren't realistic even if they're in a fantasy video game. It's too immersion breaking. Having a universe where women act like men and everyone is completely diverse to the point where someone put up a random number generator divided by the total number of races would never occur that way in real life and COULD never occur that way in real life because of human nature.
