Never feel like you should walk on eggshells because of radical progressives. If your game is good, and people know about it, the game will sell. That being said, taking the approach of simply refusing instead of insulting them is a good idea. It makes it clear that you oppose them ideologically and they should stop asking without being insulting or aggressive. I wish we could just ignore radicals, but we've seen that it doesn't work.
