  1. Definitely cruelty to animal and damaging property potentially worth thousands. If someone destroyed a car worth that much, we would call it a felony, so I don't see why this is that much different. The only difference I can see here is the age of the offender. I don't know if I would condone ruining someone's life over a goat/car when they were 17.
