Inner peace and life satisfaction is a really hard thing to achieve. You can't get it by grinding for goals alone. You have to figure out what you truly value and want to do with your life. This is difficult to quantify. Everyone thinks they want certain things but until you try to do them, you don't really know for sure. I would also suggest that men try talking to other people and asking for suggestions because what works for some people might give a good insight and might not be your stereotypical "Get money, house, and girlfriend" answer.
