  1. The first thing a lawyer would tell you is DO NOT TALK ABOUT THE CASE OR THE OPPONENT(S). So for these ladies talking on the news is going to hurt their chances of winning. That being said, it is going to be very hard for him to win a defamation case when he can't prove financial losses as a direct result of the actions they took. I wish it wasn't how civil cases worked in America but it is.
