Assaulting a police officer with a car is clear grounds to defend themselves with deadly force. She had no car behind her. She tried to run him over. People could argue policy and say that he shouldn't have approached the car and stood in front of it and escalated the situation. That is a reasonable argument but it has no bearing on the fact that she tried to run him over and kill him and thus force him to defend himself.

The main problem is something Ben points out. They just use it like a double-standard weapon. Republicans won't or can't use it against Democrats. Obama, Bush, Clinton, Pence, and Biden all left the White House with classified documents. None of them are being prosecuted for it. We are having a severe problem in America where only Republicans face punishment for any perceived crimes.

Women are physically weaker than men. They cannot compete with the physical advantages that come with the long development that men have had growing up with testosterone. It's not just physical either. Men's minds are wired differently from the long exposure to high levels of testosterone. As a result of the prolonged difference in development, men have a significant advantage, whether they suddenly change "Genders" and start taking estrogen or not. If it wasn't for this significant advantage, the separation of women into a unique category wouldn't exist. Perhaps trans people deserve their own category at some point, but they definitely don't belong in the same category as biological and natural women.

It's sad that the guys who were succeeding at life were treated as traitors to black culture. Meanwhile the white guy who was doing poorly was treated well by other black guys. It goes to show you that black culture worships failure.

@amethonys2798 True, and yet it's still a bad idea to stand in front of any vehicle. It's especially true when that vehicle contains a would-be criminal. Even though I would argue that the shooting is justified, it's a situation where I could still see the officer get in trouble or the department change their policy. Standing in front of vehicles puts their life unnecessarily at risk.

@KRAMITDFROG What is not reasonable is to escalate a shoplifting offense into a shootout when you don't need to. Standing in front of the car increases the chance that the suspect will drive into the officer even by accident. I hate these scumbags as much as anyone but the first step is for them to do time for stealing, not die.

This isn't the best lawsuit to challenge 230 protections. A better angle to take would be to challenge the editorializing directly via a lawsuit about favoritism and censorship combined. Someone like Crowder or Alex Jones would be a far better candidate because their channels are messed with far more in every way by every tech company.

Judges can't order people to do random things like write papers. Judges can order people to address the court with respect and such but if someone refuses, all they can do is arrest them for contempt. Trying to make them do extra stuff like a school boy is unconstitutional. Trying to punish people for not doing every little thing you want goes against many laws and rulings but it also violates the 8th amendment.
