There is a certain kind of leadership style which Biden belongs that has a few qualities that certain high power individuals seem to want. They seek people who are inoffensive, bumbling, foolish, often incoherent, non-threatening, team-players. Basically, they are followers that can "Act" like a leader without ever actually leading. Trump was an actual leader and that's why they hated him. Bush Jr, Obama, Clinton, they were loved because they were idiots who didn't really lead but could act like they were.
