Russia sells it to India. India sells it on to other countries. By refusing to allow America to produce its own oil and putting sanctions on Russia all they've really succeeded in doing is giving India a lot of money.

@albundy7198 Biden is just doing that to try to make his poll numbers go up. If he could get his poll numbers up without getting oil in the hands of the plebs, he would do it in a heart beat.
