  2.  @nunereclipsereborn  If it's work that creates a product, it can be shipped. If it can be shipped, they will offshore the job. Not all jobs make products, but if the those jobs are dependent on making products, then they can be shipped overseas as well. An example would be a janitor, electrician, or welder for a company that makes products. If the factory is gone, so are all the jobs.
