It's sad that so many people would want Pence to run even though he's shown no leadership qualities at all. Honestly Trump should pick a different VP for the 2024 election cycle, just not DeSantis. I wouldn't want to deprive Florida of a great governor just to sideline him as a VP.

@marythibault9032 I wouldn't object to Trump/Paul 2024. Paul is a bit of a culture normie but he almost never signs off on their communist prescriptions so he's probably about as good as we'd be likely to get.

Andy Witmyer Paul is weak on culture issues, but it is balanced by his strong determination to not give government more power and funding. Libertarians in general are generally cowards who won't fight against the black supremacists and LGBT cult. It's a big reason why we're in this mess in the first place. Reagan conservatives are heavily libertarian leaning in every way except military spending and there's still a bunch of those boomers in office. Paul is a lot more libertarian than most of those guys, but he's also very similar to them when it comes to cultural issues. He's far too picky about which battles he engages in, and that's a bit of a problem when almost the entire culture is a bunch of communists.

@lastraven7205 Pence is a coward, but what did anyone really expect him to do? Rip off his shirt to reveal an American flag tattoo on one side and a bible tattoo on the other? Then loudly proclaim the election was voided because the many states who changed their rules to suddenly allow mass mail-in voting nullified the election? It was never going to happen. As far as DeSantis, I don't like his Israel ties either but Trump has the same problem. We don't really know much about DeSantis' foreign policy stances other than Israel, which is yet another reason not to move him from where he is doing a good job.

@lastraven7205 Explain. Who had proof at the time that the election was unconstitutional? Remember, all of the states that did mail-in voting, did it of their own accord. I don't like it any more than you, but it's not like he's a traitor just because he was following procedure.

@lastraven7205 Why would he do that if he didn't have proof that the election was unconstitutional? Remember, he is a federal elected representative. He is not a state elected representative.
