160 miles is not nearly enough. Every president has been building fences and such. It's not enough to build a small stretch. Sure it will kill one particular crossing point, but they're not stupid. They'll just create other crossing points. The entire process is controlled. They don't walk in the desert for very long. They get rides to and from the border. This only sends a message, which is a good start but not enough.
