If Elon does actually purchase Twitter, he needs to make a few changes to stop the toxicity. He needs to fix the dogpiling so that people won't get specifically added to notifications unless they are intentionally added to a tweet. Also, any subsequent tweets need to also add the user handle in order to keep tagging them in the tweet. They also need to remove quote tweets or change them such that you can only read the content of the tweet and not tag the user in any way. If people are going to have arguments, it needs to be about the substance, not the person.
