Hillary had and Biden has what they call "Soft support" This phenomena is what you get when there is mass propaganda to attack the opposition, but nobody really supports the politicians in question. In this situation you will get a lot of people that just stay home. That can change if something important comes up like a war or a depression, but if something drastic doesn't happen then I'm not sure Biden wins enough swing states. Despite Trump's cucked BLM response, he still is doing most things that people agree with. That matters. The policy matters. No amount of propaganda will cut through the bad policies of the left.
