You can call them MAGA, but that implies that they're tied to Trump. What they really are is a new brand of conservatives. They loved Trump because he is fighting the media, but he is getting old and he might not be able to win an election. Trump himself isn't even a conservative. He's more of a 90s liberal right-fighter with an ego. Conservatism requires more principles than what Trump provides. Trump is okay with LGBT. Trump is okay with Israel funding. Trump doesn't want to fight socialism with regards to social security, medicare, medicaid, and public schools. The "MAGA conservatives" are conservative, Trump is not.
