@emarr3720 you're right this isn't a gun issue, but it certainly is an issue of lack of education, lack of self control, I'd like to blame whatever stupid ass music he listens to as well, we'll throw video games in there as well. All of those certainly help pace the way for more aggressive behavior. His dumbass brother didn't help any.

What kind of low life scum shoots at a 12 year old girl holding a baby? This is why we need better education in our schools. If he was better educated this never would've happened.
