Its same like Insdependent BiH is constitutive teritory state with three Nation's Croat's, Serb's and new Nation Bosniak's. And Kosovo and BiH are very very good compromice state's between National states what souranding them if EU respecting teritory constitutive rights of Nation's without mixin with citizen's rights. Inside every constitutive teritory Naton's in democracy duty is to care about citizen rights not in mixin behind is hiding domination of one Nation's in BiH and Kosovo. Every of Nation's clearly knows what teritory defended. And oblgation with respecting constitutive teritory in that case cant exsist rights of separation. Very simple.
