I am Croat if EU UK and USA first carfully balanced with Russia historian truth and respect all liberated states. Historic Nation states with minority and compromice BiH with tree constitutive Nations teritorial in basic and compromice Kosovo state with two constitutive historic teritorial Natons Serbia probably be part of EU and NATO in finish. Ex Yu balanced with own republic border with reason but clearly made BiH like republic of tree Nations compromice between Croat and Serb and Kosovo pocraine like compromice between Serb and Albanian. BiH Kosovo even Ukraine have some answered about good peace and good political deal in respecting but guilteness can be in EU biroucracy too which turnin back from problems and dont helping more and trying to see. If we want wholle BiH its will be win but if we want Herceg Bosnia like constitutive part inside independent suvereign BiH thats will be win win.
