  1. I wouldn't focus too much on budgets. Russia has war economy. It is a flaw, not a feature. Russian economy is already imploding. Europe didn't even started. The only problem is that some European politicians are in sleep and ignore threat. What is not good. But Russia was still stack wiped. When NATO didn't even arrived.

  3. Kellogg is still there. But it seams he was delegated to negotiations with Ukraine. It actually make sense why Trump send someone neutral to deliver US position to Russia. After Monachium it is clear that US fortunately is well informed about the situation. So it fortunately is not a problem.

It is why everyone including serious sources, take it so seriously. The negotiations absolutely did started. Russia bombing Chernobyl NPP is also part of that.
