  1. Ok, here is important note about Russian culture. It has something known as Petition to Tzar. In Russian culture it is extremely important who come first to who. It is why Macron and Sholtz were criticized for making phone calls to Putin. Because it is what escalate the conflict. Russia do see that behavior as weakens. And Putin expect visit from Trump to negotiate US surrender (yes, they are delusional). That is how Russia see Trump arbitration! Fortunately for US, Trump is not seeing things like that. Trump want force spoiled kids to the table, not to negotiate with Putin. Hopefully Kellogg is smart enough to hire proper expert about Russian culture. I remind here Jimmy Carter adviser Zbigniew Brzeziński, who play crucial role in ending Cold War. But as far as I do see it, Trump expect Kellogg to do actual negotiations. Putin would not and should not get place on the big boys table.
