@basian7365 Lol, from where you get that? Countries are not a Billy Bob. Neither western country is seriously indebted. Structural Debet is part of cycle of modern economies. Larger and more advanced economy is, more it can borrow. West did not even entered second gear in war expenditure. The real problem with 2% argument is that most countries see less as enough to deter Russia. But of course dementia hit Putin's hard and he lost connection with reality. So instead guaranteed massive costs, it now need to be guaranteed devastation to the Russia.
