A friend asked about investment options, I told him to track some coins/crypto, he replied saying ''not in crypto, crypto market is 100% manipulative" I was shocked to hear that. how can we change that narrative amongst general people? any suggestion?

Talked to my millionaire uncle (been investing in Vanguard funds for 30 years) last night and asked what advice he would give investors in today's market: "If you're a long-term investor, you should be buying stocks now. Ignore the recession news, it doesn't matter over the long-term." I mean i was at a seminar and the host spoke about making well over $880,000 within 4months of investing $150,000 i just need to know how

Really reading about people making over $250,000 monthly from passive income investments even in this crazy market, any tips and pointers on how to make substantial passive income would be appreciated.

I wonder what the best opportunities to invest now are, there are opinions but a little later I find out these opinions don't matter as a totally different turn of events play out with the stocks they discussed therein...

A round of applaud for the great analysis and breakdown of personal perspective. I woke up to the sad news by FTX. The market circumstances are driving me insane, my portfolio has lost almost $18500 this month alone, my earnings are tanking, and I can't see how my retirement will go smoothly when I can't even increase my stagnating reserve. I wonder whether those who lived through the 2008 crash had it easier.

I feel sad that even though I am investing, I don't have the brain power to dig through how each company is doing, is this a good time to buy stocks or not, my reserve of $450K is laying waste to inflation and I don't know what to do at this point tbh, I need solid data on market trajectory

To get successful in life, one needs to spend less and invest more. You don't spend 90%of your earnings, then invest 10% and expect financial growth. A saying goes, "what you eat dies but whatever you invest lives forever"
77
You've done an absolute top notch job on this. Very informative! Meanwhile, what's the best strategy to make gains in this present market condition? My portfolio is still down by 20% and It scares the hell out of me
76
My greatest concern is how to recover from all these economic and global troubles and stay afloat especially with the political power tussle going on in the US.
52
Buy good companies and hold them as long as they are good companies. just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless.

I used to think everybody went broke during the Great Depression and other major crashes but they didn’t… Some made millions, I also thought everybody went out of business during these times but they didn’t, some went into business, there's always depression/recession for some people and there's always a good time for others, it's all about perspective.

I think it's just a worry that inflation may take a while to get under control. Realistically with 8.5% inflation long rates should be in the double digits. The reason they're still below 3% is there's still this belief that the inflation is transient. If there are signs inflation is going to hang around longer than the bond market is currently expecting, all hell is going to break loose and it's going to vaporize the stock market. Watch inflation indicators very carefully

If you can afford the risk, do everything to reach financial freedom early. crypto makes it possible.seen 1000s do it
44
The stock market is still a fantastic tool for building wealth, however, so it's wise to consider investing even if you don't have much money to spare

When the markets like this, it’s your patience that gets tested more than your trading skills. Most of us get in to crypto for the fast & volatile markets but the ones who can sit on their hands & stick to the plan for months on end are the ones who will make life changing money.

@tradekings5433 In order for us to prepare for the future we need to look into safer investment with good prospect . If you have the mindset of investing 5 years ahead and just keep DCA every time you get paid. My portfolio have accrued gains of about $130k under the guidance of my investment -Advisor "Nicole Ann Sabin" whose skills in portfolio diversification are unmatched and client-centered.

@PhilipMurray251 Very true. One can never overestimate of these precautionary steps, especially using the services of a pundit. I ventured into stock with less than $100k and now my portfolio worth is almost hitting half a million dollars. Just in 2 years! Credits to Stephanie Priscilla Bonillo.
6
@PhilipMurray251 Get a diversified portfolio if you can. I did, using a copy trading system from a US-regulated broker / CNBC contributor ''Stephanie Priscilla Bonillo'' It's been a huge relief. Good earnings and little to no engagement at all on my part. Her stock picks are top-notch, and my aggressive portfolio still kicking in huge figures :). I can tell you she's quite the genius in trading and portfolio diversification.
4
@wiebeplatt4749 No! It stays right in my account. My account only mirrors her trades in real time, that's the whole idea. Copy trading is 100% secured and very transparent. You have total control over your funds and can opt out anytime you want just like in Etoro. Check out her name online and reach out to her if you are desirous to know more about her services.

50 and retiring early. I'm really concerned abt the future in all aspects of where we all going, in this breath finances ; how to stay afloat. I'm thinking about investing for the first time in the capital-market but how can i achieve all that given that the market has being a mess most of the year?

With a growth percentage of 699% since 2012, Apple stock is the best in more than a decade to bet your money on. If you had invested $1000 in Apple in 2012, you will have more than $7000 today. I don't know why people cry so much about 2.1% volatility rate. As for me, I'll hold, buy more and go to sleep.
4
@Jme--- you may wish to check out this advisor, Stephanie Priscilla Bonillo. Assisted me greatly when I was beginning and still handles my portfolio. You can assess her services on her page online.
4
Yes, if you go short against the market you’d make such success
4
@claradidi7573 My consultant is Stephanie Priscilla Bonillo I found her on a BBC interview where she was featured and reached out to her afterward. She has since provided entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can look up Stephanie on your browser for her page from where you can reach. I follow her trade pattern and haven’t regretted doing so(4x my fifty-two thousand dollars in just 20weeks).
4
@wiebeplatt4749 wow!!! how are you able to achieve all that given that the market has being a mess most of the year? I've been in the red for the past couple months, lost 12k last week alone, Indubitably I've got good companies but returns is still stalling
3
@wiebeplatt4749 <your assertion that as we age we become more risk averse rings so much true to me. who’s your financial advisor i would love to check him/her out.>
3
The big money is not in the buying or selling, but in the waiting
3
The present market has taken a whole new dimension unlike before one can predict the market by studying chart or listening to so-called analysts.
3
@tradekings5433 Thank you! i just looked her up and sent a message hoping she gets back to me.
3
@Patriciacraig599 You can of course, look up her web page on the net and decide whether to go with what she offers or look elsewhere for someone just as good.
3
As you know, It's a fragile season now, so you can do little or nothing on your own. Hence i will suggest you get yourself a proffessional that can provide you with entry and exit points on the securities you focus on. I made over 80% run-up in net profit which is like 10x more than I make on my own.
3
@Natalieneptune469 I took a look at your advisor and she looks quite the part, I have always thought advisors overrated but taking a look at yours she gives off some confidence, might as well see what advice she has for me.
3
@instinctively_awesome8283 Donna really seem to know her stuff. I found her website, read through her resume, educational background, qualifications and it was really impressive. She is a fiduciary who will act in my best interest. So, I booked a session with her
3
Exactly . They never knew they contribute to the crash unknowingly . To outperform the market and yield good returns you have to have the stomach to see it through. Think longterm rather than sell off
3
@Patriciacraig599 I know NICOLE ANN SABIN. She obviously brings a lot of experience in trading to the table but more importantly I think she is a tough person in an industry that demands clairvoyance.
2
@marianparker7502 Verifiable where pls, my entire portfolio needs resuscitation. This could come in handy
2
@Natalieneptune469 I have past investments in Real estate, so I am looking for other means to maximize my returns seeing that the Real Estate Market is crazy atm! How can one find a verifiable financial Planner, I buy the idea of employing the services of a Financial Advisor because finding that balance between saving and living requires counsel.
2
@Natalieneptune469 Found her webpage and left a message after looking her name up on the web. Hopefully she responds soon.
2
@Robertgriffinne Thank you so much for this referral. Lately i've been thinking on how to balance between saving and investing.
2
@marianparker7502 How do you mean? Always wanted to get into buying cryptocurrencies but can’t seem to wrap my head around it...can you refer any F.A ?
2
@marianparker7502 Thanks hun, i'll most definitely ensure to do that.
2
@marianparker7502 ,Who is the person tutoring you?
2
@marianparker7502 ,Thank you for this Pointer. Your handler, who appeared to be highly competent and versatile, was easy to find. I scheduled a session with her.
2
@Patriciacraig599 well, I'm flattered but I don't consider myself experienced enough to dish reliable guides as I myself rely on the professional guide and advice of my advisor Stephanie Priscilla Bonillo. She's the brain behind my gains and smart picks. You may want to look up her name online for page to assess and hear directly from her.
2
@Natalieneptune469 I think this is something I should do, but I've been stalling for a long time now. I don't really know which firm to work with; I feel they are all the same.
2
As a new investor it's always great to hear from a person who has gone through all the difficult times and come ahead of it. It's unnerving to see your portfolio go from green to red but as mentioned if you have invested in quality names just have to keep adding to them and stay the course.
2
@BenjaminMcLeod815 I've been thinking of going that route, been holding on to a bunch of stocks that keeps tanking and I don't know if to keep holding or just dump them, think you inv-coach could guide me with portfolio-restructuring
2
@Robertgriffinne >> It's incredible to come across Ann-related comments on. Just a small note of gratitude to her. I was down, down, and downer before I started working with her. After reaching her online website on the web, I have already increased my little portfolio last year with her platform. Currently at $163k Q1 2022.Crypto users could top 1B by 2023 as nations continue to adopt Bitcoin. Buy the dip, and HODL for the long term. Bitcoin ALWAYS comes back. ><.
2
@PhilipMurray251 This is exactly as I've been educated by my consultant, Stephanie Priscilla Bonillo. If people understand the market maneuvers like consultants/advisors do, a lot of people will make good money during panic times such as now.
