  1. I was driving up some winding mountain road. Plenty of traffic both ways. Blind to oncoming cars due to the curves (unless you look across, not always possible). Get passed by a Ferrari passing multiple cars at once. You have to know exactly what to do when that Ferrari needs to get back in line because it's going to be tight. 99.9% of the time everything is fine but there are those split second moments. Me, I'm throwing my license away.

  3. Los Angeles was the proving ground where they removed the street car infrastructure. During WWII all those defense plant workers weren't driving private vehicles to work. You couldn't get the gas.
