  1. They were sold a lie. But, if you actually watch THAT SHOW (5ex in the City), which I consider to be ground zero, there are A LOT of truths there. There's a lot of talk about emptyness and lonelyness, usually followed by a laugh track. But at the end of the day it all just puts them into a better position to cry "oh boo hoo poor me". Knowing all the while it's their own damn fault. Usually the best advice is when you are in a hole. Stop digging.
