I own a car and a truck but aspire to carlessness when I find the right situation. The car is a runabout 4 cylinder but I wanted a V-8 so I got the truck since I knew it would be my last one/last chance to own a V-8. I shouldn't have waited so long to get a pick-up. It's one of those purchases I've always talked myself out of. "Do you really need a truck?" Yes. Yes you do.
