I think what it will come down to for Judge Cannon on whether she was being impartial or not will be if any of those witnesses are notified or harassed by anyone, then she made the wrong decision that could be seen as doing it FOR Trump. If the witnesses aren't bothered, then it was the right decision and not just for Trump's favor.
