I would recommend they start with the following, and they would see the President has NO AUTHORITY to declassify anything, he can ONLY REQUEST it be declassified by the ORIGINAL CLASSIFICATION AUTHORITY (OCA), so STOP being distracted with menial things and focus on what Trump is doing behind the scenes to overthrow the government.
