  2. US really needs to cut its expenses on social security, medicare and health in general. I understand not everything can be cut, but spending on them 48% while only 13% on defense is not ok. If government wants to stimulate the economy, it should either decrease taxes or transfer money to some reasonable programs like infrastructure or nuclear reactors to decrease carbon emissions
