  1. 10:13 there is much less incentive to use ad blockers in second and third world countries. In the last two years I've been in four countries: Russia(before sanctions), Turkey, Georgia and Armenia. In all of them ads were occasional and short(usually 1 ad 5 to 10 seconds, almost always skippable after 5). When I switch on VPN(you know for what, lol) youtube becomes absolutely insufferable, with ads after every video and often two of them, and they are long(20 seconds or so) and unskippable too. If I lived in first world country I would have installed ad blocker.
