  2.  @sonicmeerkat  Well yeah, real estate is an investment now, that's why prices skyrocketed, tell me something I don't know. If one can't buy a house and two cars -- he's not a middle class. The fact that prices gone up doesn't matter. For other countries of course, middle class could be poorer, but in US you need million dollars.

  5. Good video except for renewables part. They don't work. And they never will. We ALWAYS will need fossil fuels. It's just that we will transition to fission, and later fusion power, eventually spreading across entire observable universe in our endless demand for energy. However, that's a completely different story.
