  1. She could had revenged them without risking. If she just had refused to obey it would save her from jail, despite leaving her without their money. Her parents would have suffered because of their daughter being disowned from family. Later, when they would get old she could come to their deathbeds and taunt them psychologically, making their death full of despair and emotional pain.
